Grapes are rigorously handpicked and all the wines variety are harvested at the same time; we have been able to plant all the grapes near each other in a way of forming the Rosazzo Bianco in the vineyard. Diraspapigiatura and crio-maceration at a controlled temperature of 0°C for one night. Soft pressing followed by fermentation in inox.
After the bottling the wine ages in bottles. The Rosazzo disciplinary allows the selling of the wine one and an half year after the harvest.
It has a golden yellow color. The fragrance is intense, ample, refined, aromatic, fruity, exotic. The taste is dry, soft, very intense and very persistent. Ideal to be paired with first dishes and fish dishes.
