HARVEST 2017, HARVEST OF PRESTIGIOUS WINES.
Last week we have started to pick up the first grapes, immediately after Ferragosto, nearly ten days earlier than 2016.
We have started with the Sauvignon and the Pinot Grigio, the two most premature varieties.
Many people have been asking about this year’s harvest, so there you go, only for you, a small preview:
The warm climate of the spring and summer, characterized by an alternate of sunny and windy weather and rain, has caused an acceleration in the grape’s maturity.
Bunches are extremely healthy; the grapes sugar degree is elevated.
There are all the premises for an harvest of perfect grapes, from which we will be able to derive wine rich of perfumes and aromas, with a natural alcohol content.
