Vinification:
Obtained from a selection of grapes that are located on the highest hill of Rosazzo. Diraspapigiatura and fermentation at controlled temperature. Vinification, maceration with the skins for an average of 12 days, after that the wine is putted into big wood barrels for a period of 12 months.
Agening:
Refinement is big 25-30hl French oak wood barrels.
Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red color. Wide fragrance, fine, intense, with hints of fruit and undergrowth. Dry taste, warm, sapid, aromatic, persistent and well balanced. Ideal to be paired with local game and roast beef.
