Vinification:
Selection of grapes cultivated in small production vineyards. The grapes of Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon are all kept together in contact with the skins for one night at a temperature of 0°C.
Agening:
The Chardonnay and the Picolit are fermented in small wood barrels of 5hl. Before bottling, a cuvèe is done of all the selected varieties.
Tasting notes:
Golden, straw-yellow color. Intense aroma, wide, fine and fruity, white flowers, lime, complex and persistent, structured. Soft taste, fresh, intense, well balanced. Ideal to be served with starters and fish, even as an aperitif. Serving temperature 8-10°C.
