Vinification:
Diraspapigiatura and crio-maceration at a controlled temperature of 0°C for one night. Soft pressing followed by fermentation in inox.
Agening:
After the bottling the wine ages in bottles. The Rosazzo disciplinary allows the selling of the wine one and an half year after the harvest.
Tasting notes:
It has a golden yellow color. The fragrance is intense, ample, refined, aromatic, fruity, exotic. The taste is dry, soft, very intense and very persistent. Ideal to be paired with first dishes and fish dishes.
Serving temperature 8-10°C.
