Vinification:
The vineyard is located in the hill od Rosazzo, the grapes are left to dry in the plants until October, after that it is picked and it is brought into the cellar where destemming occurs. The grapes are kept in contact with the skins for one night at a temperature of 0°C. It is pressed and clarified and then put into inox tanks.
Agening:
The wine is bottled of 0.375L and 0.75L in March. Refines in bottles
Tasting notes:
Intense gold colour with orange peel shadows. Intense and elegant aromas, candied orange, dried apricots, mountain honey. Well-structured, sweet but balanced with a good acidity. Ideal to be served with desserts, aged cheeses, foie grass.
